If you love the outdoors, then a garage door that opens up half of your exterior wall onto a large covered deck is a great idea. Another outdoor-lover's dream is a roof deck. This custom tiny home has both!! The faux dresser opposite the kitchen hides a fold-out twin size bed. Now you see it, now you don't! A pocket door separates the main living area and the large bathroom/laundry/closet area. The Woodie Woodinville is the perfect little tiny home studio for someone who appreciates connected indoor/outdoor living spaces.

I will say that, like the website advertises, it really does matter when the builder is also the designer. Initially, I hired a design firm to design my tiny home, but when lack of communication, unmet deadlines and overlooked budget guidelines were an issue, I knew I needed a new plan. Honestly, so much stress was relieved from the project when I collaborated with Traci to fine-tune my tiny home plans and put it into action.
